Student life can be exciting and rewarding, but it can also be challenging and stressful at times. If you're struggling with something you can't cope with on your own, that's completely normal – and you're certainly not alone.

Wageningen University & Research offers a range of support services, including individual guidance, group training sessions and workshops to help you develop your study skills and strengthen your mental wellbeing. Download the infographic.

Emergency 

•Contact your General Practitioner - e.g. Student Medical Centre
•After office hours, call the out-of-hours GP service (Huisartsen spoedpost in Ede: 0318-200800
•Call Emergency number 112 for urgent assistance in life-threatening situations or if you witness a crime. 
•Are you thinking about suicide? Please talk about it. Call 0800-0113 for suicide prevention support or chat online at www.113.nl. You can also get help if you are concerned about someone else.
•Meldpunt Zorgwekkend Gedrag (National Helpline for Concerning Behaviour) - If you are worried about someone because of their mental health or behaviour, but it is not an emergency, call 0800 1205. You will be connected to a local service that can provide advice and, if necessary, arrange appropriate support. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 112.
