Access to and use of the digital Library collections
The general conditions of use are:
- Access to licensed materials is restricted to WUR staff and students and visitors of the Forum library. Off-campus, WUR staff and students can access licensed materials; third parties cannot.
- You may use the licensed material for scholarly and/or personal purposes only. Commercial use is not allowed.
- You are allowed to download, print or save licensed materials for personal use. You may not systematically download, print or save large parts of licensed material for distribution.
- In general, access is arranged through network access, i.e. workstations registered within the IP domains of WUR.
- For some information resources, it is necessary to register personally with your WUR credentials.
Violating these conditions may result in denied access to electronic material provided by publishers and information providers, not only for individual users but even for all users of WUR.
Personal use
You may download, print or save licensed materials for personal use only. You may not (systematically) download, print or save substantial parts of this digital material. You are responsible for ensuring that digital material is used only for personal purposes. Commercial use of the material or making the material available to others in whatever form or with whatever means is not allowed.
AI and text & data mining
Many publishers prohibit the uploading of their content to generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT. Please check the publisher's conditions if you want to use the full text in AI tools. Most publishers have guidelines and policies that govern the usage of their databases by text and data mining tools. Please make sure to check the publisher’s guidelines for the resource you want to use.
