Agreements between student associations and the Executive Board of Wageningen University laid down in a covenant

The Executive Board of Wageningen University and ten student associations in Wageningen work together to promote a safe, respectful and inclusive student life. Their commitments are set out in the Responsible Conduct Covenant (Convenant Verantwoord Gedrag).

Through this agreement, the parties jointly take a stand against discrimination, physical and psychological violence, and sexual misconduct. They also make agreements on matters including association activities, introduction periods, confidential contact persons, incidents and responsible alcohol consumption.

Openness and good communication are important. That is why the agreement is discussed and evaluated together every year. This keeps the Executive Board and the associations in conversation about current issues and helps them work together towards a safe and positive student life in Wageningen.
