The Teachers Day is an annual event about innovations in education by and for WUR teachers organised by Teaching and Learning Centre.
Like previous years, Teachers Day 2026 will be organised in the Orion building on the Tuesday of the selfstudy week of period 2. This year that day falls on
8 December 2026
The Teachers Day is a full day event, where there are sessions of lectures or workshops.
In the afternoon the award ceremonies for the Excellent Education Prizes and the Teacher Of The Year will occur. The teachers who have achieved their UTQ this year are also put in the spotlight.
As soon as the programme for the day is ready, it will be published her, together with a link to a registration form.
