Uniform confidentiality statement for new external/guest employees

To ensure the confidentiality of company information, personal data, and internal processes, we ask external/guest employees to review and agree to WUR’s confidentiality statement. By doing so, you confirm that you will handle all confidential information obtained during your work or presence at WUR with care.
The agreement is presented to the external/guest employee when their personal data is entered into the HR system. The agreement is stored in the digital file of the relevant external/guest employee. See the template on the right side of this screen.
