I am eligible for salary supplementation. What do I need to know?

Have arrangements been made with you regarding salary supplementation? Then the information in this knowledge article is relevant for you.

Automatic email

On the 1st of the month, you will receive an automatic email from us at the private email address you provided. The sender is: noreply.servicenow@wur.nl. This is because it is an automated sender. Even though it is a 'noreply' email address, you can still reply to it. 

Send your payslip

Reply to this email and attach your payslip from the previous month.

• Please do this no later than the 10th of the month. You will then receive the salary supplementation payment around the 24th of the month.
• If you submit your payslip after the 10th of the month, the supplementation will not be paid until the following month. 

Didn't receive an email?

If you have not received an email from us on the 1st of the month, please contact the WUR HR Contact Centre during office hours at +31 317 481111 or send an email to hr.contactcentre@wur.nl.

Please note: We only process requests from former employees with whom salary supplementation has been agreed, and only via the automatic email you receive from us. Therefore, it is not necessary to send your payslip to us separately.
