Yoda is a research data management service that enables researchers to store, share, archive and publish research data during all stages of a research project. Working with Yoda is in line with the FAIR principles and the goals of open science. Yoda is suitable for a wide range of data types and formats, including sensitive (personal) data.
Yoda workshop descriptions
Publishing in Yoda
Yoda is a research data management platform that integrates research data management practices, including metadata, data storage, archiving, and data publishing. This workshop focuses on the publishing part of Yoda. Together, we will explore how to prepare your data package for publication. We will revisit good RDM practices, review WUR curation guidelines, examine the Yoda metadata form, and guide you through the publishing process in Yoda.
Yoda for Data Managers and advanced Yoda users
Yoda is a research data management platform that supports researchers throughout all stages of their research lifecycle. With Yoda, you can store, share, archive and publish your data. In this workshop, we will get to know Yoda better. The workshop is divided into two parts: in the first part, we will explore Yoda's key features and functionalities from the Data Manager's perspective; in the second part, you will begin practising in Yoda. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions as you make your way through Yoda.

Workshop Yoda clients
Yoda is a research data management platform that supports researchers throughout all stages of their research lifecycle. With Yoda, you can store, share, archive and publish your data. You can connect to Yoda via a web portal, map it as a Network disk or use command-line interface tools to manage your data. This workshop is dedicated to exploring Yoda clients. It is divided into two parts: in the first part, we will compare Yoda clients and explore their properties; in the second part, you will have the chance to try them out. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions as you explore various Yoda clients.

Please bring your laptop. Closer to the workshop date, you will receive an SRAM invitation to join Yoda@WUR. Please accept it. We will notify you in advance and explain all the details.
