As a student, you juggle lectures, deadlines, a social life, work, and sports or hobbies — and let’s be honest, that can be quite a challenge. That’s why it’s important to occasionally pause and check in with yourself, and to take good care of your wellbeing. With MoodLift, Wageningen University offers free online programmes for (PhD) students that help you gain insight into your mental wellbeing and work on improving it.

Afterwards, you’ll receive personalised feedback and advice.

It takes about 25 minutes to complete, and you can pause at any time.

Could your mental wellbeing use a boost? You can take part in one of our twelve free online programmes.

These programmes can help if you are dealing with stress, worrying, or low mood, but they can also support you in building self-confidence, managing perfectionism, or overcoming procrastination.

The programmes are:

  • scientce-based
  • supported by a personal e-coach
