As a student, you juggle lectures, deadlines, a social life, work, and sports or hobbies — and let’s be honest, that can be quite a challenge. That’s why it’s important to occasionally pause and check in with yourself, and to take good care of your wellbeing. With MoodLift, Wageningen University offers free online programmes for (PhD) students that help you gain insight into your mental wellbeing and work on improving it.
