About the workshop
Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a scientifically supported wellbeing practice that originated in Japan. Through simple, guided invitations you open your senses to the natural environment. We walk slowly and mostly in silence. During the session you will receive gentle invitations that help you slow down, observe and experience nature more deeply. There is space for sharing experiences, but nothing is mandatory.
We close the session with a simple tea ceremony. This moment helps you let the experience settle and consciously transition back into the rhythm of daily life, such as your studies or other activities.
Many participants find this shared closing moment especially grounding and connecting. We therefore invite you to stay until the end so you can continue your day with a calm and centred energy.
