The TLC Academy is hosting the weekly Education Station.

Every Tuesday from 12:30-16:30 Atlas B.001 (ground floor) will be open for all educators, to meet trainers and peers, to browse through all kinds of materials like educational literature, serious games, teaching materials et cetera and to get inspired. Trainers from the TLC Teaching Academy will be present to give advice, think along with you or answer your questions on the (Senior) University Teaching Qualification ((S)UTQ) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

There will also be thematic meetings, see the schedule below for the coming two months.

SIG Social Engagement and Emotions in Teaching, presents: 
A toolkit for educators
In this Education Station session, we share a toolkit that contains practical examples, workshop templates and simple tips for how to infuse students with hope and agency when teaching about conflict and crisis. The methods are inspired by different storytelling techniques and offer accessible options for lecturers to engage with (climate) emotions in the teaching settings and to contribute to students’ confidence to engage with social and climate justice-related issues in their future (professional) lives.
