Here you will find information about how to register as a WIMEK PhD student

To register at WIMEK, please fill in the registration form that you can find on the right side of this article. Your supervisor (or you with the supervisor in CC) can send the form to wimek@wur.nl  You will be registered in the WU PhD system Hora Finita, where you can upload the required documents as soon as you are registered. Your documents will be verified by the Doctoral Services Centre (DSC).

As an HR agreement cannot be drafted until your Hora Finita registration is complete, it is necessary to submit your registration prior to the start of the project. Please take into account that the validation of foreign diploma’s can take up to 75 days.

The chairgroup will find a buddy for you, if applicable. In the first weeks of your PhD trajectory, you will be invited to the WIMEK introductory meeting and the WIMEK TSP and supervision meeting.
