Information for supervisors/secretaries of VLAG PhD candidates.

Before a PhD candidate can start with the PhD project the registration in Hora Finita must be completed and the candidate has to be officially admitted to the PhD programme by the Admission Office of Wageningen University.

The registration procedure starts with the supervisor or chair group secretary informing VLAG graduate school about the aspired PhD candidate by sending in the VLAG registration form. VLAG office will start the registration process in Hora Finita. The aspired PhD candidate will then will be invited to upload the required documents and add personal information in Hora Finita. Once completed, VLAG office will request admittance to the PhD programme by the Admission Office.
