Once your date of defence is known, you can request a VLAG Training and Education Certificate.

To obtain the VLAG T&E certificate at your graduation, you need to send your final list of educational activities and, if applicable, the overview of your teaching activities (final TSP activities) to your contact person at VLAG.  The education coordinator can then check whether the requirements for the VLAG certificate are met.

NOTE: THE HORA FINITA PORTFOLIO FUNCTIONALITY IS IN DEVELOPMENT. Please do not add your activities in the portfolio. VLAG will take care of the checks for Portfolio and Request Training and Education Certificate.

Overview of completed training in the printed thesis

Once approved by the education coordinator, a simplified version of the final list of educational activities can be published in your thesis according to these guidelines:

• Mention the 4 categories
• Do not include the number of credits
• Include the organiser of the course or meeting

The title of this page in the printed thesis should be: “Overview of completed training activities”.
