Registered WIAS postdocs receive:

• WIAS newsletter and magazine;
• Information on education and training for postdocs;
• Information on news and activities specifically for postdocs.

Important documents

The Postdoc Career Development Plan is developed by WGS and supports you in thinking about the goals of your postdoc, your career ambitions, and (training) activities you can follow to optimise your career perspectives. 

It is not compulsory to use this plan but this document is a tool to constructively discuss these plans and ambitions with your chairholder/PI. This pan can help you in the discussion of your training needs with your supervisor. Ideally, you can develop this plan at the start of your postdoc and update it least once per year, e.g., during your Personal and Development conversation with your chairholder/PI.
