Make sure you meet the requirements before applying for a study exchange.

Requirements for study exchange:

• You are (and remain) enrolled as a full-time student at Wageningen University.
• Bachelor's students must have successfully completed 60 ECTS credits of their current study programme before applying for the exchange. There is no minimum number of ECTS credits for Master's students.*
• Students applying for a study exchange to a country outside the EU (including the United Kingdom) must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 7.0.
• We expect you to take at least three-quarters of the regular number of credits during your exchange. For one semester, this corresponds to a minimum of 22.5 ECTS.

* We recommend that, before the start of your exchange period, you have successfully passed a minimum of 90 ECTS (in some cases 120 ECTS depending on the selected courses). This to help ensure a maximum academic learning experience during the exchange.
