Student Desk | Opening hours

The Student Desk in Forum is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM

  • Call our secretary at 0317-483618 (available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM).

Team Student Service Center

  1. Student Administration (Registration, Graduation, and Admission Office):
    Registration and admission for BSc and MSc programs, enrollment, and the graduation office.

  2. International Office:
    Contact point for international students regarding, among other things, legal residence in the Netherlands, billing, and scholarships. 

  3. Student Wellbeing & Student Guidance:
    Student Deans, Confidential Counsellors for Students, Student Psychologists, Student Career Services,
    Team Student Life, Wellbeing & Inclusion (o.a. organisation AID & W' Meet U Days, Social Safety, Diversity & Inclusion, Training & Workshops (f.k.a. Student Training & Support) 

  4. Exchange office:
    Manages exchange programs, including incoming and outgoing exchange students.
