  • Only students and staff of WUR can make a purchase suggestion.
  • Check in advance in WUR Library Search whether the material is available in the Library collection or whether the Library gives access to the digital version.
  • Is the book, journal or database not available? Then, please fill in this form Request a purchase. Make sure you are logged in.

What happens next?

Not every suggestion is approved. The Library will assess your suggestion in the light of the Library's collection policy. Keep the following in mind:

  • The requested publication may not yet be in the possession of the Library.
  • The material must be relevant to WUR's research domains and educational programmes.
  • Budgetary considerations are taken into account.
  • The Library prefers to buy the e-version of the publication if available.

The Library will email you to let you know whether your suggestion has been approved.
