Do you have questions about your career orientation or starting your career? Book a one-on-one session with our career coaches Elizabeth Oenema or Margo Aarnink for personalised career advice.
You can get help with:
- Self-reflection and choosing a career path that fits you
- Personal branding and identifying your strengths
- Improving your CV, motivation letter, LinkedIn profile, or interview skills.
The career coaching sessions vary between one and max. four meetings1 and are available for WUR students and recent graduates2 (until one year after graduation).

Need help finding a job or internship? Join our field-specific group sessions3 held each academic period, hosted by Astrid van Noordenburg.
During this meeting:
- Astrid will share her insights into the labour market and our connections with employers within your field
- She will offer practical tips tailored to your questions
- You'll gain valuable information to help move your job or internship search forward
- Together with the group, you'll also have the chance to exchange experiences and learn from each other.

About Elizabeth Oenema
I believe personal and professional development together create more impact. My drive therefor is helping others to discover and develop their talents. In a career coaching session, I listen, reflect, analyse and advise. With work experience in different industries and in different roles, I bring a broad perspective that allows me to connect with different students.
About Margo Aarnink
For me, career coaching is a way to empower students and aspiring professionals. I'm happy to share my interest in and experience with nutrition and lifestyle to support your well-being and growth.
About Astrid van Noordenburg
My goal is to help students and recent graduates to find their career path that fits with their strengths and interests. I bring my work experience as HR advisor/recruiter from the employers side within different sectors and my broad network with employers and within WUR. My style is brainstorming together discovering new ideas and suggestions for connecting with employers and career paths. Thinking outside the box and intuitive fits me.
