Regain control of your thesis process
In this training, you’ll work in a small group of students on your own thesis process. You’ll get practical tools to create clarity, motivation and structure — and, most importantly, to start moving forward again.
What will you learn?
Across four interactive group sessions, you’ll work step by step on both your writing process and your mindset. You’ll discover what works for you and gain practical tools you can apply straight away to make lasting progress.
You’ll learn, for example, how to:
- understand your personal writing patterns and procrastination habits
- regain and maintain motivation
- stay focused and manage distractions more effectively
- set realistic goals and write consistently
- organise your thesis clearly and fit it into your daily routine
- deal constructively with doubt, perfectionism and insecurity
Through group discussions and exchanging tips with other students, you’ll realise you’re not alone. You’ll share experiences, gain new perspectives and set achievable goals, during and after the training.
