It is important to use inclusive language when writing documents, memo's, emails and reports for example. Language that includes groups and people and is inviting and readable to as many people as possible. It is also important to check for stereotypes and biases when we make use of images. Just to be aware and open to suggestions. To help you with this and give some hints and tips, we designed two language guides, one in English and one in Dutch. See 'Guidelines Inclusive Language' in the attachment.
